I’ve spent 25 years in real estate, much of that time here in Waterloo Region. I’ve seen how much is at stake when people buy or sell a home, and how important it is to have experienced advice when making those decisions.

When you work with me, I’ll give you a straightforward assessment of the market, the opportunities and the risks. If I think waiting is the better option, I’ll say so. My job is to help you make a sound decision, not rush you into one.

Christine and I own Royal Realty Group, a local, independent brokerage. Waterloo Region is home for us, and we’re building HouseHappens to bring useful real estate tools, genuine local knowledge and experienced guidance together in one place.
